My God that's the best stir-fry I've seen that's meatless! Well freaking done!

A good food channel that reinvented itself as a great one out of necessity. I eat meat but most of my friends and family don’t. Always good to see another meat eater who’s not freaked out by veggie dishes.

It's good to see a man in the kitchen. It looked so yummmy. I love stir fry.

Kinda split on whether this a sexist comment or the result of years of sexist male chauvinism. Either way, where I live A LOT of men like to cook and there isn't really a "cooking is for women" mentality. If that is the case where you live, you need to either educate people around and tell to start cooking if they want to eat or move.

Looks good, but try doing it the other way around, James: stir fry the chickUN with the aromatics (onion, garlic, ginger) first and remove from the pan; THEN sauté your veggies to deglaze the pan from all the flavor left on the bottom of the pan. Once done, add back you chickUN to reheat and your done. Also, I would never boil broccolini since they are so small and tasty; instead, I'd just stir fry them (they absorb flavor really well). If you don't like the bit of a stir fried broccolini, consider steaming them rather than boiling, as boiling takes away a lot of the flavor (If you don't have a steamer, you should get one, but in the meantime instead of boiling them, pour boiling water over them to flash them for 1-2 mans and take them out into an ice bath).

This was a good video. As bad as Food Network is getting with the worthless shows (like Cupcake Wars, etc) this is a refreshing sight to see. I hope a new network emerges, focusing on teaching how to cook various cuisines, and I hope they pick you up James! You have the talent to do this.
