Is it systema karate
@GKCgoju Жыл бұрын
It's okinawan karate. But yes, it is logically systematized to produce techniques and principles as demonstrated in this short video.

Is this the Kata that the Goju people think has elements of Hsing I Chuan in it?
@GKCgoju9 жыл бұрын
+MrOphachew There are all kinds of rumors about Goju containing this or that art. It's very doubtful that the Hsing I has any direct relation to Goju kata. Having said that there will be common principles in all martial arts.

@@GKCgoju : I think having trained in Kung Fu and Karate the connection between the two is obvious. Many of the forms found in Okinawan karate are close or identical to those in systems like Choy Li Fut or Hung Gar Kung Fu. Now of course these are all separate martial arts but there are some aspects to them that are rooted in shared history.
