I can relate to how you feel when it's that time of the month get some peanuts and start eating them or go to a natural food store and get some natural progesterone cream and put it on your skin it helped reduce my seizures a lot along with cold water therapy. Put a cold washcloth on your face and the back of your neck each time you feel a seizure coming on and by doing this it calms the neurons down in the brain and stops the seizures. It's done wonders for me. I wish you only the best.

Dude you give me so much strength. I don't have seizures too often but when I do it's disastrous. This is my process: aura, atonic seizures for like 20 min then the mayoclonic seizures start lose my limbs for like 10 mins finally five minute grand Mal or tonic clonic and black out for 2 hours. The whole thing is like a 3 or 4 hour process and the entire day is destroyed. I've been arrested because they assumed I was intoxicated. Kicked out of the mall and laughed at. Fired from work though they won't admit that is why. But you have like 5 a day!!! How do you put up with it!? Your lucky to have good family that helps you. My family kicked me out of the house because rhey didn't want to deal with it and they blamed me for my epilepsy. To me seizures don't get much sympathy from people. They don't have fund raisers for us. They don't have awareness for epilepsy. No one even knows there are more than one type of seizure. We often suffer alone. We can't drive, we have to constantly look for places to safely have them. Idk I just noticed people treat me completely differently now. I didn't have my first seizure till I was 27. Lost family and friends cause of it.

You could get saved and then in that situation you’d have a lot of hope God keeps you safe, for Matthew 10:29-31 (KJV) 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Luke 12:6-7 (KJV) 6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? 7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. From the moment you are saved, God is your Father. And how great is a Father that sees all and knows all and cares. The only thing you need to do to be saved is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. The one who paid for all of our sins by his death on the cross and rose again for us. If you’re still not sure, I have a video on my channel. Best of wishes to you and whoever reads this
