Sejusa: I cannot act on whims and fancies of president

Gen David Sejusa has reiterated that he will not bow to the levers of raw power.The former spy chief who was speaking at a news conference held at his home in Naguru told journalists he will not attend a meeting with the president scheduled for tomorrow.
