i saw that you responded to the vertical owl by dashing sideways you could have dash through it is a projectile , so because of this my favorite way is to jump and parry it in the air xd .

Good point. Never actually tried dashing forward because i always wait for the thrust incoming, so i dodge to the side to mikiri counter.

Personally i find demon of hatred much more easier (beat him on 1 hour) than majority of human enemy, because im playing with souls and bloodborne mindset, so big monsters are not problem for me. It might explain why everyone have different perception of boss enemy. I need 3 days to beat owl father, 2 days of trying to beat isshin ashina, and more than 1 week trying to beat sword saint isshin. I even stuck trying to beat lone shadow longswordman miniboss more than 5 days. I realized that i suck at deflecting, because no such thing at souls and bloodborne game. so i beat them as a shinobi. Punish, hit and run, and using dirty trick such as firecracker. Not the most honorable way to win, but at least it works.

I'm very used to fighting beasts also bcz of bloodborne and the souls games.. But for some reason, I find man shaped enemies a lot easier. I struggled on Demon of hatred the most. I agree, once again, it's strange how we all struggle on different bosses bcz of our past experiences 😄

Dont get hit or he'l recover faster. Those heavy hits he does in phase 1 do a lot of posture damage when you deflect. And the quicker you drain his health, the slower he will recover posture.. so i used yasha sugar + divine confetti (takes chip damage even when he blocks). then its all about dealing max damage while the sugar is active. most importantly, dont get hit. phase 2 takes longer because he has more moves

Everytime i try to deflect his mist raven it just doesn't work

which one? the 5 hit combo he does, or the quick 2 hit slashes? the 5 hit combo is tough.. requires good timing. but the 2 hit slash i find really easy. as soon as you see his mist raven feathers when he vanishes, double tap parry at the moment and it should deflect both hits. dont wait for him to appear bcz thats too late

This can be done easily by spamming MB, I think it was my fourth play through I did this and was surprised it worked. Also requires some dodging and deflects but it's doable with the MB spam

Yeah, there's a really easy way to beat him with mortal draw. I made a video on it. But it's such a good fight.. I had to beat him fair and square with demon bell!!

😅 Thanks man. I was actually on my own personal souls games mission. 100%'d Bloodborne, Demons souls, dark souls 1 and then Sekiro. But Sekiro is what I uploaded on KZbin and I didn't expect it to take off like it did. Now I'm way behind on my schedule lol I've not even got to Elden Ring Yet 😩 but I plan to do it before the DLC. I'm probably best at Sekiro and it will always be the mains of this channel but, yeah, I'm defo going to mix the other games in.

He is not that hard if you jump and mortal draw over his sweeps and single hit/dodge combo him to death. For fire bird if he shows red kanji u can jump otherwise just run left if no kanji as the bird will be vertical. He doesn’t have to be super complicated and his mist raven move is just a double guard tap. You can runaway from the mist raven combo where is vanishing and running at you to.

Agree with you on both. His moveset was only slightly different to regular Owl, so I found it easy tbh. And I understand Isshin is the hardest boss.. but personally, I died more times on Demon of hatred on first attempts.

​@@juicybossfightsdemon of hatred was an absolute pain. I literally cannot beat the owl father with any form of consistency. And I've never been able to beat the inner version. I beat sword saint isshin my second try and got his 3rd health bar down to half my first try I found him super easy. I struggle a lot more with the regular isshin in the shura ending. It's always interesting to see how polar opposite experiences the community can have with the bosses.

@hxclambfan Yeah I agree. Its weird how everyone's experience is different. A lot of people struggle a lot with Owl, not just you, but I personally found him Easy. Isshin was hard but beatable. But, Demon of Hatred.. That beast was nearly my downfall!!

@@hxclambfanregular Isshin in Shura ending is typically harder just cause you have less attack power and prayer beads and the game is like 80% done if you’re going into that ending. That’s my second favorite boss but Inner Father Owl currently is my favorite. I’ve never legit beaten Demon because it looks way too long of a fight so I just do the tower exploit I’m not sorry since I got Shura skin after 3 tries at the fight.

I use some after effects in my editing software to improve the quality. simple things like brightness vibrance etc. The base video looks dull and doesn't do it justice.
