Sekiro: LMTSR Inner Isshin (Hardcore)

Inner Isshin boss-fight with Hardcore Long May The Shadows Reflect mod (This one differences from the n00b one adding an extra health bar to bosses).
In Hardcore mode ceremonial tanto and five-color rice give more spirit emblems with each use, therefore there's no need to use spirit emblem of hatred.
All the prosthetics and combat arts used in the video can be obtained via completing the 4 main events this mod includes, so if you want to obtain everything I used, complete these 4 events before fighting Isshin.
The same can be said for the items, they can be farmed from enemies located in the areas of these events or by defeating certain mini bosses.

@@QuanNguyen-bk4pn I agree. Basically that's the reason you don't see this fight on yt with the recent patches. It forces you to use certain items if you want to make it
