I'm very happy with all my Delta Camshafts, the SBC grind you just did for my 305 broke in zero drama and then went 15 Dyno pulls. Zero issues. Your lifters are excellent, and the cam coating really works well with the isky rev lube I use and makes it stick. 20 minutes 2000-2200, change the oil and then beat it like it owed me money. Best cams I've used in my life.

a used cam regrind is better then a new as if its has no flat lobs and it will grind to what you wand your 1/2 way there as long as you get some good lifters ! with a new cam billet you hope its not to hart or to soft !

I love my delta 282 cam it made 191whp on a stock block low compression f22a which made 125 crank hp stock. We're taking 100hp difference with just a ported head 282 cam and higher flowing header and intake manifold. Please upgrade the springs and retainers. I dropped a valve with stock valvetrain in 3 months. Delta 282 made crazy power I love it.

@@BlackHmong85 John did a 282 for my accord engine, might be based on what cam they're working on. On another setup he was only able to grind me a 272 for a d16 vtec engine.

@@BlackHmong85 The supporting mods and fuel wasn't ideal and it had ac, power steering, and a stock exhaust..catalytic converter. It made 115 @the wheels on a dyno that reads very low. If it was on 91 octane with a 2.5" collector and 3" exhaust it would have made 140-150 no problem. The build was for my brother. Once the car is setup correctly he's going to a better tuner.

hi - would u be able to regrind a vortec (balance shaft 96-2000) 4.3 stock cam to the comp 260hr grind (Lift 0.500 / 0.500 In - Duration 260 / 266 - 112 Lsa)? considering an upgrade to my boat motors (30ft with twin 4.3's) when i rebuild the motors in a year or so. The target cam isnt alot bigger just a better cam imo peak torque right on the money..
