Hi, I was picked by H1B lottery. Now i have to filing. I went to brunei for one year and i was working in small company. As of now this company has been closed due to financial crisis. As well i have lost my passport there and i have reissued passport from brunei. Then i have move out from brunei to my home country. So i have only a exit stamping on my newly reissued passport. But i have a offer letter, experience letter from that company. But this was happened before 6 years. Afterthat i have worked in one company in chennai, and i switch to another company where im currently working. H1B lottery picked, but how i prepare before submitting document for filing ?Anyhow i have all experience letters . Please give me your inputs.

Gap is not a concern as long as employer is ok. As long as she is able to prove that her education is in direct nexus to her job roles it’s fine. I assume she is in IT sector hence your concern.

Yes you can! Your L1 visa will come much earlier in comparison to H1B. But once you can change to H1B after it’s approved.

That’s a red flag! Ask for details like financials, registrations etc. try to connect with people who are already associated with the company. If they ask for money for filing H1B then definitely they are fake. Stay alert.
