For a pet, I'd generally say, take the one that chooses you. I loved number 4 because he/ she was really doing the complete opposite of what was required & that's some character 😂. As for military use, I'm no expert but would've said pup 3 because for me it cottoned on the quickest & wanted to stay attached to the sack😃.
