Selecting Variables from Dataset in SPSS

Thanks for this video, if you don't, I want to know how to remove a response from analysis in SPSS, for instance, I asked a question that requires Yes, No, and I dont know; and I only want my frequency calculation to only reflect just Yes and No, I do I excempt "I don't know" from the result?
