What is the selective media for gram positive rod shape?? For example, Bacillus subtilis.

There are a bunch that you could use - I think I would start by investigating something like CNA (colistin, nalidixic acid agar) - this one should inhibit most Gram-negatives. I haven't worked with Bacillus myself and there may be others which are even more selective. You could check out the website for CHROMagar - they may have a product that would meet your needs. Hope this helps!

What is a agar plate can i use anything that seals

The main thing is that you have to be able to sterilize the plates. You can purchase pre-sterilized disposable plastic ones from any scientific supply company - the molten agar is poured into the plates using good sterile technique, and then the plates are discarded after use. Alternatively, you can purchase glass dishes which can be cleaned/sterilized and used multiple times - this is more labour intensive but probably has lower reagent costs over the long run; although this process is labour intensive. I hope that answers your question!
