I feel like it was kinda an obvious connection, but when talking about Vivec City as a place to cut its citizens into better shapes, and alluding that to gardening, that would be a reference to the Morag Tong. Their stated goal as the "Forester/Gardener" guild, is to preform state sanctioned murder to allow political scuffles between houses not outright become full war. Their hideout is in Vivec City, and its located underneath the Arena, which has always been a metaphor for the inherit conflict of this universe. I would argue that both the Arena and Morag Tong are how Vivec is cutting their people into better shapes. Selectively breeding more powerful population. This is also in line with Vivec's equivalent Mephala. Also, I caught up! now im in an awkward spot of either jumping ahead on the twitch vods, or waiting for stuff to be uploaded here.
