Y’all she has mental health issues she’s been trying to get across for years but couldn’t because she was afraid this would happen (she’d lose her fame). Selena begins the day feeling average, but then quickly falls into a thought trail of depression. The scene where she dissolves herself in water could be a symbol of isolation, and the mask that she holds on while she’s in the bath is her feeling obligated to put on a face/act for the media. Interestingly enough, there appears to be a lady with a demonic-like mask 0:21 who pets Selena’s head as Selena is resting, meaning she tends to feel safe around people who don’t always have the best interest for her, which eventually leads her to trouble, trouble like mental health (cutting, bulimia) found at 0:33 & 0:41. Why is Selena feeling all these ways you ask? Well, as the title suggests it’s something associated with love, her lover who she tries to communicate with 1:10-1:27 ends up with being hung up on which then leaves her feeling distressed and tired, tired of a one sided relationship that just doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. A lot of this video has lot of strange habits and fetishes, and sometimes that’s what love does to us. It leads us in all sorts of weird directions that make us go insane.

I love this, I just don't understand why everyone assumes there's some big meaning behind this video... There may be, it could also just be a spontaneous video about her emotions..
