3:43 Works WONDERS for me as a male who wears minimal makeup but still wants to feel more defined. I put a cool tone brown under my ear and blend it just below where my jaw connect to the ear and a little further down. It elongates the neck while also adding a slight chiseled look. People just think I have a nice jaw.

Edit to add: I don’t know how you make the rare beauty liquid highlighters work. No matter what I do or whichever tool I use it lifts all the products underneath and kinda gets stuck in the area.
