Haven’t bought a different concealer in years. Not even a huge fan of Selena, but I got her rare beauty concealer and wow I didn’t think I could I could get some such creamy coverage for such a small dab of concealer, definitely going to try more of the line!

This makeup line is a HIT. I tried the foundation, concealer, liquid blushes, liquid highlighters, mascara, the bronzing stick and powder. I loved them all. Exactly what I was looking for! I have terrible skin with pitted scars all over my cheeks and temples but this makes me look and feel amazing, the high quality products mask the imperfections a bit😩

i remember lots of people judging or disregarding rare beauty when it was first being promoted before launching, which is fair as there are quite a few celebrities who make mediocre makeup for a cash grab. But Selena really nailed it as a “simple makeup done well” brand and tbh really brought in natural makeup as the top look for 2020 and up. Im so glad things are going well for her

So I have rheumatoid arthritis and have had it since I was a little girl. I’m 37 now and the little things that she has made it available in her product line, like how easy it is to open the products and hold them in your hand on a day where your arthritis might act up, that stuff means a lot to me. Literally her lip glosses do not roll off of the nightstand. It’s the little things like that it makes such a big difference and she has seriously thought of all of those people. I adore her and wish her the best in her health and in her life. Thank goodness somebody out there I was thinking of this kind of thing. ❤️

I’ve had it since I was 4 years old and I’m 15 now, lupus and in my kidneys too. They caught it before I had a failure so I didn’t have any sort of transplant but I do get the butterfly rash and arthritis and it’s way harder than people think because I have to go to school and we write and type all the time and physical education makes me insecure because my butterfly rash. So it also means a lot to me too but I don’t need the blush sadly because I already have the butterfly rash so I’ll just become more red😅😅

I’ve always hated wearing makeup. i hated the feeling of makeup being caky, heavy, i didn’t wear foundation. and Rare beauty changed that for me. it feels effortless, so light weight, and a natural look to it. my skin is not perfect, so wearing a little foundation never hurt, only when i wear Rare I don’t feel like i’m wearing it! Well, I guess it’s that scripted so it can be informative and since she’s expressed before she’s been dealing with low self esteem issues, anxiety, depression plus the variety of medical procedures she’s been (like chemotherapy, transplant, etc) I can get why sometimes she doesn’t seem more natural talking about it. All the projects she’s been working at the same time have to be exhausting so memorizing this type of thing is the last thing she focuses on… 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ But yeah, I adore her as well and the brand is just excellent for my sensitive skin, my everyday basics makeup… 🙌🏽
