Regarding shopping, don't forget your local small businesses! I saw so many "last minute gift guides" from creators this year and not one included shopping small.

Of course! But honestly sometimes we gotta do what’s in our budget as well. Also a lot of local businesses tend to be very niche and doesn’t always work well for gifting 😭 esp last minute. It takes a lot more planning to shop local and stay within budget which is why I said I’d work on it for next year. I also want to thrift more and buy used, even tho it’s like frowned upon by some to receive second hand. But it really shouldn’t be!

Hi, as someone who had eczema for years with dermatologist prescribing medications but not talking about the gut connection. 🤦🏻‍♀️ What I found is that I had a gluten allergy & cutting out gluten along with probiotics changed everything! Also, La Roche-Pose worked best for sensitive skin. Hope this helps. ❤

I had eczema since I was a kid but all the years I was in DC I didn’t have any flare ups. I only started flaring up again since moving to oregon so I’m pretty confident it is not a dietary reason for me personally, it’s environmental.💗 but I’m glad you found what works for you! The steroid cream has really helped calm it down and so far I’ve been maintaining it by keeping it moisturized with cerave! We’ll see how it goes the rest of the season.

Apple cider vinegar toner works well and simple lite layer of Vaseline for the face. Once, I had the same weird flare up around my neck. I never figured out the cause of it and it never came back. I used Vaseline before and after showers, Arnica and Head and Shoulders. The dermatologist around my way are not the brightest. Whatever they gave me burned the crap out of me.

My back is not great tbh! But I just want to get back on KZbin regardless so I’ve been pushing through. If we are required to return to office, I would likely have to move or I’d lose my job.

As an esthetician, I highly highly recommend you cleanse both day and night. It’s okay if your skin is sensitive/dry and you have eczema, part of that just means you may need better products that agrees with your skin type and it could help repair your barrier also using an emollient (oil) cream will help as well🙂 Also, be careful with the Vaseline, too much consumption can clog your pores which could result in acne
