If you are dealing with forms when testing your applications, then text boxes are the primary components and it is the most used component in any form like the First name, middle name, last name, mobile number and so on. It is mandatory to learn how to interact and work with Text boxes with the help of Selenium and Java. Hi Anu, there are no specific automation with respect to different testing types. For example when you automate a test case for smoke or sanity, for the next release that may come under regression. It's all about the situation in what h the test case is being executed.

This is where all people are getting confused. An application needs only one framework. Data driven testing should only be used, if the nature of the application may become vulnerable if it were wrong data. For example credit card systems, coupon code systems etc. Normal applications have nothing to do with data driven process. There is a video called live project, which employs pom, TestNG and maven
