Bro options had LSI , VLSI , ULSI , but LSI and VLSI were implemented in fourth generation and as you are saying ULSI implemented in fifth generation, so what will be the correct answer?

@@SayMyName-lk8md if you take a gen 5 circuit, it will have a mix of all 3, but same doesn’t apply for gen 4 , because ulsi came much later. So imo it should be gen 5
