Seek Feedback: Ask for honest feedback from trusted colleagues, friends, or mentors to gain an external perspective on your behavior and areas for growth.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Practice mindfulness techniques to stay present and observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Meditation can help you develop a deeper awareness of your inner state.
Identify Strengths and Weaknesses: Take time to evaluate your strengths and areas for improvement. Understanding what you excel at and where you struggle helps you manage yourself better.
Monitor Emotional Reactions: Pay attention to your emotional responses in different situations. Recognizing what triggers certain emotions can help you manage reactions and understand underlying issues.

Stoicism കുറച്ച് വായിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം ജേണൽ എഴുതരുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ അതു നിന്ന് പോയി. പക്ഷേ ചെയ്തിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് eq improve ചെയ്യാൻ അത് help ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. കൺട്രോൾ കൈവിട്ടു പോയ situations എഴുതി വെക്കും. അതു പിന്നീട് similar situation വരുമ്പോൾ help ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Excellent subject....ആത്മാവബോധം കൂടാതെ, മനസ്സാന്നിധ്യം, സ്ഥലകാല ബോധം, അന്തർബോധം, തന്നറിവ്, ആത്മജ്ഞാനം, ഉണർച്ച, ജാഗ്രത, സചേതനം, പ്രബുദ്ധത, സുബോധം... ബുദ്ധിസ്റ് practice -ന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന പുസ്തകമായി പറയുന്നത് 'സതിപത്താന സൂക്ത'മാണ്. ഇതിലാണ് 'ആനാ-പാനാ സതി' (breath watching meditation) അദ്ദേഹം അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. basically 'four foundations of mindfulness...' (വിപസ്സന ധ്യാനം)

ആത്മാവബോധം എന്നത് തെറ്റാണോ 😁 synonym എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലേ 🙏 അങ്ങനെ ചിന്തിച്ചാൽ മതി... ആത്മാവബോധം മാത്രമാണ് ശരിയെന്ന് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞില്ലല്ലോ 😜 is എന്നതിന് പകരം can also be എന്ന് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതല്ലേ ഉചിതം 🙏

@@jkallukalam There is nothing to be sorry, "This can also be true" is a better approach... because we have synonyms unless you feel ആത്മാവബോധം is wrong. Also that is not the point of the video right :) That is why I replied that way.

I heard this from my boss few days back and been trying to be aware of my thougts and actions. Generally we are doing mindfulness and the benefits are tremendous. We can sense our emotions, when we get anger, what are our intentions. Its like taking control of the brain. I feel like most of the time we are in autopilot mode. Can you please do a video on "Meta Cognition"?
