I’ve tried sooo many things and not much works unfortunately. From what I understand, you can’t really get rid of it. Exfoliating with an exfoliating glove, moisturizing and avoiding super hot baths/showers does help minimize it a bit though!

I started oil cleansing my body with coconut oil or almond oil and it has completely cured my red bumps and rashes on my arms, butt, and legs. Apparently even fragrance free soaps cause skin irritation so you should only use it very sparingly. But otherwise maybe try using just oil and the exfoliating brush. P.S. love your bathroom so much. And that blow out is everything.

hey Amy :) last year I watched your hair care routine videos, and I listened to your advice about washing hair once a week - for years I was washing my hair 3 - 4 times a week, it was so thin, never grow...my hair was my biggest saddness lol. I started thinking about what you said, too much shampoo is bad and sebum is actually very good. Its been now 9 months since I started washing hair once a week - and it is amazing, I still cannot believe. It actually grows so quickly, it is medium length, thicker, more shiny. I’ve tried it all, but going simple seems to work best for me. Moisturizing Dove body wash & a body brush to exfoliate, then Cetaphil cream (the one that comes in the tub) to kinda seal the bumps down. What works best for you?
