I always feel better after a shower, even if I just change back into clean PJ's. Cracking windows for some fresh air when I can. Cooking a comforting meal. Escaping into a book. Try to get just one easy thing off of the to-do list. Meditation. Smile at others.

You’re a very optimistic person who always has a positive attitude toward not being able to control things that are written in our plans. Great tips on self care though

I got myself a pouring kettle for coffeemaking. I mostly drink (bagged) tea but when I want a cup of coffee I want it to take some time. I want it to require presence of mind and that way it forces me to become more mindful and I find that to be a positive thing. Definitely planning to find a good source of loose leaf tea so I can use my steeping kettle and give it the same time and respect I give to my coffee. Good things (deserve to) take time.

Whenever I go to work, I walk from the parking lot to my job. It takes about 15-20 minutes each way. I do that twice a day about 4-6 times a week. I enjoy those 30-40 minute walks 😊

Prayer, worship music, and reaching out to a loved one are ways that help me. Oddly, yard work and exercise help me as well.

Make sure I'm taking my vitamins & D3 has helped a lot. When I'm getting blue, I try to get myself into the kitchen and either make a dessert or start cooking makes me forget about the blues & enjoy myself. Lately the kitchen has become one of my happy places!

@@AshlynneEaton Yoga is not for Christians. Yoga is a Hindu practice and it was not created for fitness - the toned limbs were just a byproduct. It was a practice to worship false gods for example by emulating their warrior stances in gruesome battles, and also to honour the sun, moon and other earthly elements which is paganism. The world's biggest satanist, Crowley, pushed Yoga a lot - he knew it was demonic and would lead people astray. Just do regular workout stretches because Yoga causes yet another separation from Jesus Christ who truly loves us and desires us to be saved.
