💌 the year is ending and im truly going thru it! but anyway, i have a self care video for you today because man, i really needed that. i need to remind myself to pause my workaholic brain and actually take care of myself mentally!
i also wrote my last entry in my old journal and for a lot of reasons, i felt attached to it more than ever. i was so sad of ending this blue journal but i had to start a new journal to keep me sane (journal girlies, you know whats up!). this taught me that even the tiny things can make us sad and it sadness may not even be the same how other feels, they may not even think about it lol. but this meant something to me and so explains the first two minutes of this video.
next! i went to my friends new business, a facial and aesthetics shop (they just added nails in their list and im so excited!). if you are ever in cebu or located in cebu, hope you stop by and see their offers! their prices are great and their services are top quality. i love it there and im so proud of her for taking such a big step in her future and her career!
i then went to manila, together with my parents! we stayed okada and it was so relaxing and definitely i reset i needed. i food, the room, the lobby, the decor was insanely beautiful. i then baked cookies! it was rainy and it was so calming and it made me move slow and just relax.
