I like how open you are about like wanting to get fillers and all that, but I personally would say don't get it done. Some doctors have found that filler, the one that dissolves in 6-12 months (Hyaluronic acid) doesn't actually fully dissolve on its own and instead just migrates. That's why some people who have gotten fillers in their face for years tend to find themselves having a "larger" face. It's because their filler is migrating around their face. There's a great KZbin channel here by a doctor called "Victorian Cosmetic Institute" and he has a really informative video on it!
