I’ve been saving this “delicious” video for a rainy day, and yesterday was that day. It took me 2 hours to prepoo and detangle my hair😮 then I was in the shower for another 2 hours because I was clarifying and doing a protein treatment. Then another 2 hours to moisturize and blow dry my hair…goodness me, my arms😂 but I binged your videos the whole time and it was like you were right there cheering me on, reminding me that this is what I prayed for. I reallllllyyyyy love my tangle teaser, i think you should invest in one! Amazing at detangling, it was such a game changer for me. I actually don’t use fingers anymore, 7 sections, water, and African pride pre poo. Also, i love a hair day and just being at home and spending the day tending to myself. It makes me feel so good.

Hi Obaa. You are doing a great job. I agree with self care. If you are not well you cannot take care of others properly How often do you detangle? Is it on wash days only? Once a month? Thank you I am pretty sure you know what you are doing with IF but just a reminder do not neglect your protein and try to break your fast with protein fat and fiber
