I had this lasted six months engine died. No customer service number i emailed them many times they never returned my emailhighly disappointed. I threw it out. I have cancer n issues with my arms which is why i wanted a self cleaning litter box litter maid foesnt care about their customers buyer beware

That's one thing I worried about when I picked it up the box and it felt like 15lb. No way they are putting high quality parts into it.

I've had litter maid for a number of years. It's been through 2 cats at different times. I've always had good work with mine. And going to order another one!

Put a plastic grocery bag in there and you can reuse it. Otherwise, you'll have to keep buying them.

I wanna know where all the littermaid corn or walnut litter has gone!?? I cant find it on walmart or amazon for about a year at least now. I use arm and hammer corn litter, but it doesnt control smell as nice as the littermaid brand IMO. I tried a regular clay litter it smeeled so bice but it stopped up the comb gears and makes an awful crunching sound. Too hard. 😒 hardly anyone is selling or making and affordable fine soft corn type litter but that one.
