you’re not alone man. i was bullied in school when i was a teen. was suicidal and on drugs. i’m 24 now. been watching motivational videos like this. going to the gym, putting myself through college, starting a small business, staying sober. you’re so young. so much potential. and you’re on the right track watching these videos and adjusting your headspace. you’re going to create a beautiful life for yourself. being young is hard. chin up, dude.

If theyre insulting you for working out. They're not your friends. I was over 120 kg, my buddies one girl and one guy. They made sure I get up early at 6 and joins them at gym exactly at 6.30. Evening joined Lawn tennis with other friend. Now I'm 82kg. My friends saved my health. Find good friends, you l be good
