Some people really enjoy living in tents and using Walmart bathrooms. I guess some people might enjoy using other people's showers as well. You're so easily triggered Zach. Chill buddy. Exactly! Talking about being in 80 in of snow or entertaining overnight guests with no bathroom or shower is beyond my comprehension. The rest is very nice but it's a big NO from me.

@@deadeyes4626we can build a bath for you, we just don't put them in our builds because we don't want or need them. We'd rather build the perfect van for us and then find a buyer that sees vanlife the same way we do!

We offered a spot in there that someone could put a bathroom. But for us, and the person that bought it, it's not necesary! To each their own. I envy the person who's shit don't stink ;)

There definitely needs to be a bathroom with toilet and shower. Couldn’t live without it no matter how great the build is.

Oftentimes folks on the road will use gyms or other facilities for showers and rely on public restrooms! There certainly are tradeoffs with everything, but for some using that space for a bathroom just isn’t a priority! :)

We don't have to shower every day and a lot of times a sponge bath and a hair wash in the kitchen sink will work just fine and there are the gym and state park showers, but I would have to have a toilet. Because when you have to go, you have to go. .

& just because we're discussing this here, I'll also add a big EWWWWWWWWW for the one's that create their builds where their toilet is literally stored and used right where their food is stored, prepared & eaten.. I find that even worse! I realise some builds are super small ,, but STILL, a toilet stored & used where food is stored and used is a huge disgust imo...

It's beaded birch plywood stained with honey varathane!! The plywood was from Dixie line! So much easier to put up than tongue and groove, and we think it ends up looking better long term too!!

Totally get it! We do builds with bathrooms too, but many experienced vanlifers never use their bathrooms so it's a total waste of space. To each their own!

You guys did a great job ❤ We bought a 40 foot 1998 MCI 102d3 coach bus last April. Building a driweway for it right now. We must move and sell the house we live in right now before we can start the ripping everything off and building our future tiny home. I can't wait. Happy traveling ❤

One day we will have a youtube channel and instagram for the tiny bus home but we need to have months worth of episodes edited and ready to go before we upload the first video, so it's going to be awhile. We have two houses to remodel, one for sale, one for moving in, before we can even start ripping the bus a part. All this tchit is not happening fast enough, hah haa, I am ready to go now 😁

If you're wondering why you keep seeing all these beautiful rigs without a bathroom it's because a lot of people on the road choose it intentionally. There are costs and payoffs to any method you choose to deal with toileting and bathing. And, until you've actually gone out there and lived in a bus etc, you don't actually know what camp you're in until you do. I lived in a Class B for 4 yrs and showered in it exactly one time. Used the shower as a closet for the remainder. This is very common.

In the dinette area with the storage seats you could of build a shower area when you are ready to take a shower and then you close it back up. Put a toilet, portable toilet in where the shower would be.

It's not a home if you have to go and you've got to use someone else's toilet and shower. I would have thought that being that their advertising their build business they wouldn't brush over or leave out the important stuff. Also, that's not a full size mirror unless you have no legs. That closet would have been a better place for an upright fridge and freezer and the fridge area made into clothing drawers or pantry storage. I certainly think y'all could have made a better use of the space.

Well if you have to crap and shower in other places and not do your business at "home" than it's not a REAL home... you're essentially homeless and someone else is paying your sewer and water bill. I personally don't see that as a hom..and obviously there are many others that feel the same. I bet homeless people call their tent a home right? You are homeless and trying to redefine what home means but at the end of the day, you have no place to properly bath or take a dump in private. Hehe Also, I love it that you keep saying "Karen" as if my name is a sword you are wielding against me. It's funny to me because it's not my name. I use the name because it triggers shallow people.

Nope. We don’t have a black tank, just a grey tank under the sink with a valve below to run the sink water to the ground where that’s safe!
