Self defense for professionals

The following techniques are what we might term "low impact self defense"; meaning it gets the job done with the minimum damage to the aggressor. It's very good to know for anyone who may encounter violence and threats at work, either as security personnell, working in mental institutions or even as teachers in secondary schools etc.
This is in no way meant to be a complete course, and not even as instructionary material; rather as an indication of what should be learnt. I always recommend personal training, as learning from a video one will miss many vital elements.
