Just some hand speed drills conditioning you to spar with relaxed muscles. A tight fist is a slow fist. We don''t make a fist, we just align our hands with our lower arm even when full contact boxing. A tense muscle is a slow muscle. I will demo how throw 6 light hand strikes in less than one second in this clip. Practice any striking repetitions in the most relaxed state possible & you will get faster when you spar or fight. Use weight hand weights with perfect form. Have a nutritious diet for Myelination. All of this will increase your hand speed. And if you think Bruce Lee had faster hands than me, show me the video with a counter.
