Hello gagan bhai ... Thanks for making videos on self drive cars . You did a really good job by answering all the questions . One thing that I have felt is if you are booking a car from zoomcar or any other company , you have to drive it in the safest possible manner . You have to take care of it more that you take care of your own personal car that you own . And if you are even 1% ignorant about your car , you will be charged with a hefty amount . This is also an advise for everyone who is reading this comment. Rest this service is really good and still needs a lot of improvement. 😊

Zoom charged me Rs 500 for one small scratch that some two wheeler made by his mistake. However, I wasn't aware that u could remove minor scratches using tooth paste. So a very hand thing to know. Will be useful.

In my case the car's bumper was already broken, which zoomcar had not reapired (and I can bet they would have taken 5k of prev person as well). After I took the car and drove, tear in bumper increased and it broke (I had rented the car for more than 700km). At the time of return, they again charged me 5k. Am sure next person would've gotten car in same condition and bumper will degrade further, and he will be charged 5k by zoomcar. Reason - zoomcar does not put the car in repair unless car is really broken/damaged. It keeps charging every customer 5k on the way.

This is in regard to first ques abt self driven car in leh. Self drive rental companies don't have any problem with people taking car to ladakh. But local taxi operators object to it. They don't allow self driven car at leh. There have been many cases of self driven car vandalised by local taxi operators.

@ Manish Sahu, I’d like to clarify about your misconception.You can drive self drive to & fro from Manali to Leh and same in the case of Srinagar-Leh but the you are not allowed to drive within Leh e.g Nubra valley,Pangong and other tourist destinations.

I booked zoomcar two times. My experience was pathetic. Zoomcar is just bullshit. The representatives are just a bunch of jokers. I booked zoomcar two times and each time my booking was cancelled because the previous customer damaged the cars beyond repairs. They don't even have any car for back up. But my experience with revv was very good. They provided me Ertiga VDI . The car was clean, well maintained but efficiency was not very good since many people drive in many ways. I will personally suggest to rent car from revv and not zoomcar

Sir chez mene suni thi ki hum agar car le or kisi company ki add uspe laga de to aapko us car ka sirf 25% pay karna hota he baaki ka 75% add company wale pay karte he . Sir jese busses pe dekha hoga aapne jo roadway wali bus hoti he rajasthan roadway hariyana roadway etc. Sir please aap uske upper bhi 1 choti si video bana sakte ho.

Although the bill was swipe machine bill and didn't contained any information related fuel price, quantity etc.. if you know any way to contact customer service whom I can talk on call please let me know the details. I tried to mail them and electric generated mail comes , we will contact you soon.. that's all.!

I have rented car from Zoomcar few times, had good experience with them. For first time I paid safety deposit. I returned car in good condition, paid no deposit for afterwords bcaz I took care of car as its my own and returned it. Even if you refuel cars, take proper bills from Petrol Pumps, they will reimburse you and deposit money in your ZoomCar wallet. I did this in all my rides as I had to refuel cars, I got reimbursement as I had proper bills. Also, I would recommend to capture video of car while taking delivery, it will avoid disputes (if any damage) at time of return. And yes, if you drive these cars properly (no rash driving), these companies will give you proper service. If you damage it, then be prepared for headache with these companies as they are doing business not charity. They will make you pay for damage. So be responsible, Drive Safe.. :)

Speed limiter of 80km/h is set on the new cars which have been included in zoomcar fleet..like tiago for instance..its set on of most the cars bought after December 2017. Other cars are still untouched. It solely depends on your luck which one you get when you book it.

I have poor experience in zoom car. In last April I have visited Guwahati and took zoom car. But I was not able to communicate to the customer service (neither from my phone not from any others phone) . I do not know the reason. Apart from the fleet ph number, I did not had anything. Although, the car was running fine. But, if there was any breakdown I did not able to communicate to customer service. Again, for 2nd time I have booked zoom car in Rajasthan in coming october. But the same question in my mind. If the customer care is unreachable, what should I do in case of any emergency? Thanks for giving me guidance.

Gagan bhai mere pass Tata Hexa hai. 1st service par service centre valo ne pani se gadi ka engine bay dhoya tha and uske karan engine ka fuel injector kharab ho gaya tha and we had to change it. Uske bad se ab tak gadi ko 1 saal ho gaya hai service center vale engine bay ko pani se saaf nahi karte hai. Kya kare?

I have a questions.... my friend having Toyota Qualis Bs 2 well maintain . There no smoke comes out from the car. In other side I saw a Bs4 Toyota Innova leaves plenty of smoke ..... not only Toyota Innova many more Bs4 cars I have seen... we can well maintain a Bs2 or Bs3 car no need to upgrade to Bs4 car... Please make a video on it. It's good for us that government want pollution free country . But only applying Bs4 or Bs6 is not enough . Government should take some serious action on pollution making vehicles. In city traffic police doesn't take any serious action against smoky vehicle ... Only applying Bs4 is not enough . Some of government vehicle like city bus are smoky... 1st government should change smoky City. Then government should take a serious action against smoking vehicle running on road.
