Zap subscribe is not good for people who are renting their vehicle as I heard from my friends, but good for someone who is renting. This model will not survive for long, as people who are renting are not able to turn in any good amount of profit. Also, someone who is renting is getting more cost per month as monthly fee than the EMI. Nowadays, bank gives 90% loan for any vehicle, so in my opinion, EMI is still a better option than zap subscribe.

Bruh.. Business model and all is great.. Even I found them profitable on thinking upon this business model... No doubt this model can attract hell lot of funding... But bcz they're renting vehicles also result in hire of its maintainence cost. Which I don't find great until today... So unless and until they work upon customer satisfaction... This company will come down to dust in a matter of months!

Definately good business idea as you mentioned, however there are few irregularities in this model due to babugiri in our RTO and garage business. I have faced it a lot in last two years when I bought a new car and leased with zoomcar.

Customer service bht kharab hai, bus apna profit pe focused hai. Car jo dete h, condition bht buri rehti hai, sab toh mechanic nhi hote jo lete time savi kuch inspection kar k le! I had a worst situation and was about to fall from a hill, car k steering rotate ho rhe the, but wheels jammed ho gye, and any how we survived, ab customer care wale bol rhe h ki jb car kharab hui to you should hv informed us, bhai mai bhagwan thore hu jo us 4-5 sec k bich call kru! Bohot mental torchure hua. One cant rely on their cars! For me my life is much more precious.
