Hi uncomfy! I wanted to share this with you: Im currently 19 and i just left a 5 year abusive relationship. It was really hard for me since id start waking up in a cold sweat every morning because of the anxiousness of breaking up. It was also very hard since i was with this guy since i was 14, but towards the end he started getting really aggressive and consistently told me to shut up during arguments and even threw a table at a door during an argument. Saying this, i just found your channel and youre one of the only things that removes that anxiety. Ive been watching your vids in the morning and when i feel like im about to break down. Im really greatful

As a German I can confirm: that looks like a proper christmas market! Little Stalls, handmade gods and A LOT of food (btw you pronounced „Spätzle“ really good 😁) 3:47 - Glühwein (the spiced wine) is a must at every christmas market visit! Thank you for this video. I was thinking about how to organize all the things you need as a shopowner. Since I am not a fan of digital calendars and it was inspiring to see yourself. Do you think you could maybe do a video about what you learned in artschool that you still find helpful/ think that helped you starting your business? I think that would be interesting for many.

You can use that tracking page for both, yoga and your journaling habits. Just put a circle for when you journalled and a dot inside for when you did yoga, or the other way round, whateveryou prefer. 😊 I love my hobonichi I use it like you and have been for over 10 years now.❤
