Thanks a lot for video Akka . 1.self esteem consist of two things Self worth and then self confidence 2.know the difference between them 3.self worth can have a yes or no answer but self confidence can't have that .self confidence is different for different things .to gain confidence you need practice.once you practice more you gain more confidence. 4.always take care of inner child and motivate them and increase their self worth .not let self worth lose for little failures.

Most of us face a lot of trauma and undergo various kinds of harassments and bullying during our childhood. That is the reason we get addicted to pornography, excessive masturbation habits, over eating, mobile phone addiction, TV addiction in order to keep that inner child happy. If the child would have been tamed properly, properly parented, the child would be a superwoman or a superman in the society. At least by watching your videos, let people know the importance of parenting. Madam. What you are doing is absolutely needed to our generation.
