Simmy, As always your core idea what you are trying to convey in video touched me , I really never thought about my core value till now , but after Watching your video , I write down my core values, you actually opened my eyes , MY CORE VALUES 1.Helping other people's 2.Talking nicely with others 3.Maintaining a good Hygiene practice 4.Taking knowledge about health , stock market and other things 5.Finding solutions of my problems, and giving solutions to others for their problems. For that which steps need to take and no matter how much that will hurt me . If someone is not fitting in your value then it'll not last longer . So firstly identify all wrong things happening around you and solve as per your choice not from another's perspective...

Exactly, There’s absolutely no connection between being rich or poor and being a high-value person. I have my cook aunty, and I’ve seen her as a high-value woman. She works hard to provide for her family, she’s never late, and she doesn’t take a day off unless it’s absolutely necessary. She’s an empathetic person who cares about us and treats us like her own family. She’s doing her best to educate her children and instill good values in them. I’ve learned so much from her myself.

People with weak boundaries or weak personality have gone through a steady stream of different traumas. Their core values were invalidated or their core values became their snare, they became easy prey for people with narcissistic personality disorders. Therefore, they stopped living by those values. Their whole life became like a jigsaw puzzle searching different pieces of their identity to become better version of themselves. It is not easy. It is a full fleged roller coaster ride that sometimes takes you up and sometimes to the rock bottom. Finding core values takes a lifetime for such people. They are being looked down, therefore their value remains submerged in their lost soul. Such people can learn to identify their values when the world offers kindness to their wounded self. Absolutely Di ❤ Everything is so spot on. Am sure this is coming from all experiences life has guided and pulled you through. I just completed my PhD in History and became and academic doctor. But these days seeing around, there is so much fakeness to everything. The way people are obssessed about korean dramas/ actors and all kinds of other stuff we individuals are forced to do to become a part of changing dynamics in our AI driven society. Somewhere I had started to question my own integrity as to why I did Phd. Am unemployed currently. But somewhere deep down we often are going away from our core beliefs as to why we started on the first place and how our families are so supportive and we have to value our upbringing and values❤️ Thank you for bringing me to my home🫶

When I talk about a strong independent woman, it refers to a woman like you.. somebody who has her own values, her own thought process which comes from within herself and not from outside world.. I wish I had a friend like you bcz for the first time I saw somebody talking about things which I think and care about.. I'll be 30 in August this year, and believe me, the things she is talking about come from experiencing and watching your best and worst phases and with a lot of introspection on a daily basis.. To all the girls and boys out there, one day you'll come out of this superficial persona that you might have created for your own survival, to fit in today's generation full of crazy, unreal expectations.. nd once you do, believe me you will feel such peace and comfort being just who you are.. I genuinely think I need to find out my core values today. List them down. As I know that in my life there are many things going wrong and I used to think I have no control over it. But now after watching this I think I know the problem and the solution lies within me only. I neglected my values for the longest time and really I think I forget about it too 😂,but to be honest I need to work upon it. 17 years and Literally we both have changed a lot a lot and evolved together. I think now I feel I like my husband cause he can handle the nastiest arguments and fights and he also fights back. But then the next day he does reflect and we always meet at a common point. When we started off as a couple it was 2005.. i remember i was imitating my parents marriage and boy was that stupid cause I live in America and work and that traditional indian woman image is impossible to hold up. So gradually had to reformat myself and also recalibrate the expectations and believe it my husband actually started morphing himself too!! Long story short .. ours is a love marriage but believe me its not love but compassion that keeps a relationship alive. If there is one most important thing I would look in a man is how compassionate is he towards you or other’s. Is he willing to relearn a few things and admit when he has made a mistake?
