Helo ms, i have a question What is the difference between ( Apa / Apakah), and between ( Bahasa/ Berbahas) ?

Apa and apakah means the same. However, 'apa' is used more in spoken while 'apakah' is more formal. Bahasa = language (noun) Berbahas = to debate (verb)
