I do know of and appreciate the value of on-demand digital publishing. We are now in a place of greater equity for all writers and would be authors due to this development. It is a blessing. It is also very helpful to understand the structure of KN Literary Arts. Thank you.

Traditional publishing houses are like Ivy League colleges...they are part of an older elite that is losing its shine and relevance. I'm an avid book buyer and whether a book is traditionally published or not has no meaning to me anymore. Amazon's business model isn't nibbling from big house noodle bowls, it's gulping out of the big house noodles bowls...and it's only going to increase. I'll be ready to query in about six months. If querying and a contract takes too long, I'll publish it myself. No worries.

That's a nice attitude to have. Self-publishing is a great option.
