Navigating the "working world" after the shift just seems impossible. All the nonsense, politics, gossip, etc. I've bounced from job to job since I was a teenager. Worldy problem yes, but proving to be impossible. When I'm alone with my own thoughts I'm ok. It's when I go out into the game that I get beaten down. Have to spend hours everyday just healing myself.

When you/that lady, said about worldly problems being all mind, it cut through me like a knife. I’ve been so caught up in worldly problems recently, thank you for giving me the shake up I needed. I’m exhausted from thinking, I try to meditate, but my mind is in overdrive, I’m tired of it, I see how pointless it all is, just want it to shut the f up but there’s the problem! I’ve been trying to escape rather than surrender. If in meditation your mind is overdriven let that be but make sure you go into meditation with acceptance of whatever thoughts arise and don’t try to fight a racing mind because that’s just adding gas to the fire. Just let it be, and have a simple goal, focus on breath and be. Just be!

Yash’s videos have helped me switch off from world problems I.e. wars, elites, trans movement, food modification etc. As Yash said its gods movie, god is controlling all of this in his ultimate plan. The true essence to begin meditation is to 1st learn how to concentrate!! A lot of people try meditation and because they feel they cannot stop the internal voice they just give up and feel meditation does not work. Meditation will not solve the problem. Learning to concentrate is likened to developing muscles. The only thing with muscles is you can see external development. When it comes to the mind it is not tangible, that's where perseverance is required because eventually by law the body is just the vehicle for the mind. Look into exercises on mental concentration or read The Power of Concentration by Theron Q Dumont. Concentration is like the magnifying glass converting the Energies from the Sun's Ray's into one focal point and manifesting heat to start fire 🔥. Then begin meditation you cannot force meditation just like you cannot force yourself into sleep .

Sometimes, when I feel that way, I try to look at my life as a story, a movie, of which I’m the main character. That detachment, even from my own feelings and emotions, helps me a lot, so I don’t get to caught in the “play”. It’s harder when you have children or other people depending on you, but all we can do is our best, even if we don’t know very well what that best is. Sometimes we just need to breathe and accept ❤

I think I might be addicted to problems. As soon as I finally solve a big one that has been bothering me for months or years the next one that has been hiding in the background reveals itself, and begins to control my life. There is about a 1 week grace period where I think everything is alright but then the mind decides it’s time to get back to worry, panic and anxiety regarding fixing the next problem. It’s like I WANT to be held back in life or something…?

It's been nearly impossible to tell whats truly going on behind the scenes here. I'm dealing with food addiction and i've been getting myself eating healthy but even though i want the change deeply something in me in the back of my mind waits for the right moment to act within me. Only just last night I realized the energy that flows through me isn't neccesarrily my own will. I allowed the energy to flow through me. But I didn't create it. Was wondering if you could share any insight on stuff like that or if you have on other videos. Or if I'm even really experiencing it. Because I am also just not very controlled when it comes to my impulses.

I take pills and they have helped me a lot through life: I’m still alive and didn’t go crazy. But I’ve finally learned, at 50, something very important. As you say, there is no “solution”. If you expect to get to some place in your life where you are free for problems, forget it. And sometimes they aren’t even real problems, it’s just something that causes you pain or that you can’t accept, or both. Yesterday I complained to my friend and her husband that I had had a rough day, full of problems, (he’s 82 but looks at least 20 years younger) and he answered smiling “If you have problems that means you are alive!”. I agreed and smiled back.

Anyway, whenever I am really present, whether I am meditating or just contemplating the present moment, my forehead area "lights up". I can feel the aliveness of my own body really clearly there. I have a real question here. I've read Ramana Maharshi say that there is no world upon enlightenment. That perceiving stops. That we have to turn towards our true self and turn away from the world. Seems to say that if we see the world at all we are in ego. Whenever I read this 'teaching ' though, it makes me depressed. I worry that that is where all this spirituality leads and that we can't just have a nice and more peaceful life here in the world but that we have to leave it behind.

Today I was returning from work and I had an intuative knowing that something Is going to happen something bad it was not fear but a feeling and I got into an accident. now the question is was that possible to avoid that if I had somehow figured it out it was like god was telling me but I couldn't understand and I'm feeling guilty about it. And now apon reflection I'm 100% sure it was evil eye. today i was very happy and flowing, and could see some people we're not comfortable with that. I could see in their eys they were not happy with that. as before I would have lowered myself but today i said to myself so what if they are not liking my energy and then this happened and I'm sure it was evil eye now I'm fearing this can happen again can you please make a video on that.
