@@MatrixEditdon’t think too hard about this, it’s language and not fully accurate. God (consciousness) takes on form to experience itself. In the same way you’d instantly recognize the Mona Lisa as a creation by Leonardo da Vinci, I am able to instantly recognize YOU with God. While things may appear differently to each of us, God is within us all and is expressing itself in these infinite ways. In the same way a flower sprouts and blooms, you and I as humans express ourselves as thoughts, emotions, feelings, perceptions etc. It’s all God though. It’s the beautiful game of existence.

Absolutely accurate portrayal. Living in constant tension and worrying about the big picture will eat you up. You’ll burn out your vessel through stress by operating in trepidation 24/7. Believe me I know. I was doing this a year ago. Do yourself a favor and try to see that you’re a character chosen for a role play game. Fighting the player on every decision does not lead to better experience. The likelihood that you’re chosen to save the world is slim to none. Try to live the best life you can. Try to find a way to be of service to others that feels the most comfortable and rewarding to you. If you can get your human mind to shut up every once in a while you might actually connect to yourself and receive guidance on how to have a better experience. Yash is right when he talks about introspection being important. Learn to suffer well. This experience is one of suffering and how we handle that suffering is how we elevate our true form’s existence.

Great comment! I only tend to differ to the suffering. It’s possible to end suffering while alive. Challenges and adversity will come as always, but it’s not necessary to suffer psychologically because of them.

@@Alex722 Thanks Yes, suffering is a strong word. The first time I heard a Buddhist monk speak of it I was angered. The phrase “learn to suffer well” means to face adverse situations as challenges instead of bemoaning them as problems. For me it means to face any issue with the attitude that it is an event you’ve chosen to experience and it is happening for you. It is an uneasy way of being. We’ve been so programmed to believe that life is about trying to be happy all the time so we crumble, kick and scream when things don’t go our way. To suffer well is to grow through challenges not just get away from problems. But I take it that you’re likely defining “suffering” as, what less fortunate souls are forced to experience through no wrongdoing of their own.

Hi Yash, I would like to know, how to function as a conscious "enlightened" being in the corporate world (9-5 job environment). Most awakened people are working as "gurus/teachers, some are self-employed or have a very low-key life, living off the grid, etc. I haven't met so far the so-called "Buddha pumping gas at the gas station" other than in movies :) My question is: Is it possible to work in a system (today's work environment), that is against our true nature - like the hustle culture, competition, and no work-life balance, while being spiritually awakened? Yesterday I was sitting with the feeling that nothing has any power here, whilst looking straight out on to a street with cars going by and the instant image of one smacking into me, which was a pretty persuasive example of power. Then a wonderful phrase and feeling came to me in reply, which had a lovely humour to it: "No one was harmed in the making of this film". The phrase/knowledge behind the phrase is still strong with me today. I can't quite get to the realisation of it yet, as there is still a mind logic that stands in the way i.e the physical word has power, but then it is counteracted again with a feeling that the only thing that has power is god. I see that as I am in this body, I am still tied to its principles, but I am on my way to realising something beyond those principles. Thank you, I enjoyed the video very much

It was "I Am who I Am" in NIV, but then read a commentary by Matthew Henry and the same line read " I Am that I Am". I’m exhausted of seeing “myself” through the mind, however I also lost “the self “ briefly and it wasn’t pleasant but very quick.. being only consciousness with no self. I also realise the actual meaning of unconscious and subconscious I’m experiencing a phenomenon where I can perceive like an antenna external energies unconscious thoughts that some how become subconscious and become conscious reality in the present moment. I’ve seen others act on the thought that wasn’t their own. Trying not to assume or judge but it’s tricky. I’m starting to see when one acts out of lower nature - it’s like being zombfied ..however when I experience my lower nature I’ve now been made aware in a way I can’t ignore.

Your teaching always interests my curious side. I do not know if what you speak is real, but it is a sound theory. I have been keen to many truths over the years. As I have "advanced" I appear to be having problems wanting to stay in this body though. The why am I here? keeps coming up.
