This popped up my recommended, I was actually struggling with subconsciously clenching my teeth. For a long time now I keep finding myself clenching my teeth while focusing on other stuff. It’s been going on for weeks. I did these exercises on a bit of a whim and goodness me! I can’t believe the difference it has made. Especially the one where you massage the muscles from inside your mouth. At fist the release was sort of painful but after a second it felt great! My jaw is so loose now. No more clenching. I've been on every pain killer known to man and nothing helps the pain! I feel a little relief from doing this video and going to do it before bed and when I wake up. I've been diagnosed by a different doctor to say I've a severe case of TMJ and waiting to see a consultant about pain relief and how to proceed with this condition. I clench my teeth a lot but trying to be aware of myself doing it now to stop. I've also bought a mouth guard which seems to help a little but I've only had it two nights. I'm so glad to have found your video! My face feels a little less tight and sore. Hopefully done every day this will help the pain in my face and head!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’ve been looking for something like this for eons. I’m a 60 year old extreme clencher (and grinder). I’ve completed destroyed my teeth due to my clenching. It’s so bad that I can see a built up jaw muscle poking out under my left cheek bone! Over the years my various dentists have instructed me to wear a night guard. But only treats the symptoms not the cause! It doesn’t stop the clenching/grinding. I still clench/grind but am now destroying my mouth guard rather than my teeth. I want to STOP clenching/grinding. I’m so sad glad I found your video! The result is immediate! These muscles are immediately looser and more relaxed. Wow!!

I found a way to cure the TMJ disorder on the weak side of my face! I had the diagnosis then I became paralysed on the non-dominant side of my body too. That made the pain even worse. To pop my ears on a plane trip I bought Simply Gum at an airport shop. It reduced the TMJ pain too. I've chewed the gum using the weak side of my face once a week for about 3 years. After about one year the pain was gone. I passed the info on to my dentist who had told me to avoid gum. I don't know if the plastic gums (everything but Simply Gum and Glee Gum) work well. I avoid them. They might work for others. Good luck everyone, I hope it works for you!
