im pretty sure he hid a battery or a small super capasitor inside the second motor, thats why he took his time touching the contacts so that it would charge enough to run. That or he has a flat lipo battery on the underside along with an rc latch and a mosfet so it can be triggered like that. Im betting on the second since you can clearly see the motor reduce its speed after he disconnects it. also technical details, motors generate voltage in the opposite "direction" as when they run, so for it to even work youd need to wire one of the motors in the opposite way. Its called BACK EMF for a reason. At least put some effort into your scams
