It’s lovely to see this done! It’s just sad so many of us can’t afford a plot in the 1st place. I got my 1st garden at age 28 and won’t get an allotment for 5* years due to the wait lists

Anything organic, the farm I work on atm is powered entirely by such digesters on a larger scale. They digest the shit/effluent and turn it into methane which is burned to generate electricity for everything else, which is a lot of things.

Maybe you should look at Robert Murray smiths videos on solar panel improvement, Mike give you more power to work with, that could facilitate a larger hydroponic systems, which could be maintained with grey water and methane digestor fertilizer, I saw some interesting vertical hydroponics that could also still give you plenty of room to grow on the ground

Place copper pipe in the ground 3 ft & 6 ft up about 3 together… garden will grow better than all your gadgets

Would your sensors work outside the us??? I have seen clips where you want as much world wide data as possible…. I don’t like in the us but in the uk and would be happy to have a sensor or more then one- have a large garden and have raised beds and trees and shrubs etc. let me know please either way.

Make a higher level of area than others and it will drain all water from your area. Use beddings for cultivation. Use containers. Lots of stuff you can do

Where do your calories come from? Proteins? Fats? Oils? Carbs? Growing kale isn’t going to prevent you from starving in the event you need to be ACTUALLY self reliant. it’s misleading city people dreaming of homesteading to present this as a self sustainable lifestyle when it’s not.
