This is great! Thank you for showing this video. I have seen a widely recommended and used device hanging over the door with water as counter weight. There is a danger to that one if someone opens the door. I see this is very safe as if the door is accidentally opened, the tension will be released and no chance of injury.

I made a similar device and it is by far the best thing to relieve forward lean, neck mid and lower back pain and most of all....release all body tension and stress and help alignment and feeling if well being that massage and chiro can't provide

I did this from a personal understanding but putting my feet on a Pilates ball and moving them slowly to the right and left all carefully it helps a lot and you can feel the movement of the discs

You need more traction to do any good. Air Brace does the same thing. Hard Chin tucks and low bridges with chin down. Watch out for seizures. I relocated Mine. Went through the seizures. I still deal with a stunted growth cycle. Neck care should begin at birth. So many people with set back c-1/2 just ignored. The body just twist up when people are dislocated. Walla, Scoliosis, Parkinson's, Vertigo, Seizures etc. Just left hung up like roping steers.
