Hey guys :) to whoever is reading this if you feel lost or alone remember to look inside the love you give to others give it to yourself everything you pour into others pour into your self be kind to yourself . I forgot about it myself , these past few months I've done my best to help a person I once was in love with but he's been what's been keeping me down these past few months. All the heaviness will pass when you have felt it through. Be there for yourself with compassion and care as you move through the disappointment. This is how you heal.
