I did a meditation with this and it’s amazing how much love and support I felt in the energy all around me. I’ve been through heartbreak and lots of loneliness in the past but now I feel called to stop keeping score of the misfortune and to step into the light. I am not courageous because of my trauma BUT I am courageous despite my trauma. I wish myself healing and wish the same for others. I hope that I find healthy relations one day and to be aligned to what’s good for me. To give space and love to myself. To focus on gratitude and have an abundance mindset.
