Abhishek sir agar kayibaar ki lapping ke baad sheet agar puri tarah baith jaye ya khatm ho jaye to phir kya cylinder head change karna hota hai ya metal filling karke rebuilding ho sakti hai? valve agar replace karne ki zarurat ho to kaise pata chalega ki replace karna hai.

सर ये वीडियो आपकी बोहत अच्छी लगी मुझे आपसे ये पूछना है मुझे अपनी बाइक की टाइमिंग चैन ओर गाइड चेंज करनी जिसके लिये मुझे हेड को तो उतारना पड़ेगा क्यों कि गाइड चेंज करनी बोलने का मतलब ये है कि अगर में अपनी बाइक के वॉल्व को इसी तरह से साफ सफाई करके लैपिंग करता हु तो कोई दिक्कत तो नही है जबकि मेरी बाइक में कोई प्रॉब्लम नही जैसे कि कंप्रेशन की या फिर वाइट स्मोग की पर फिर भी में वॉल्व को निकाल कर साफ करू ओर ये जैसा आपने बताया है तो ठीक है या नही मेरी बाइक 43 हजार चल चुकी है और टाइमिंग चैन दूसरी बार चेंज करूँगा में इस बार गाइड भी चेंज करनी है मुझे तो उसके लिए तो मुझे हेड को खोलना पड़ेगा ही या बिना हेड को खोले भी गाइड चेंज हो जाएगी मेरी बाइक डिस्कवर 150cc है 2010 मॉडल है

Head ko open maat kijiyai. Binna head open kiyai bina chain replace ho jaayegga.guide jaaldi damage nahi hota but ussai bhi aap replace kaar saktain hain. Jub compression aur white smoke ki koe bhi issue nahi hai to unnecessary engine to disturb maat kijiyai. After 70-80k Jub smoke ka issue aayegga tub aap ussai open kijiyegga.

Self Repair GURUji बोहत बोहत धन्यवाद आपका पर मुझे ये समझ नही आया कि मैंने पहली बार टाइमिंग चैन बदली थी पिछले साल जुलाई में ओर अब बाइक में टाइमिंग चैन की आवाज आने लगी जबकि जो बाइक में चैन लगी हुई आई थी वो 35 हजार चल गई ऐसा क्यों मैंने बाहर भी मकैनिक को दिखाया वो भी बोलते है कि टाइमिंग चैन बदली जाएगी आप बताए इतनी जल्दी खराब होने का क्या कारण है टाइमिंग चैन का जब की बजाज की ऑरिजिनल टाइमिंग चैन लगाई थी चैन टेंशनर से भी टाइट करवाई थी पर उसमे फिर से चैन की आवाज आने लगी ज्यादा से ज्यादा बाइक 7 हहजर ही चली होगी

I may require to do this job for my Royal Enfield because I am fed up of mechanics who charge much money but don't do satisfactory work. 1. is this lapping work done on old valve or even if new valves are fitted. 2. on which shop is this lapping stick and grinding paste available? Hardware shop or auto part's shop?

Sanmesh Sagvekar , monitor your engine oil level between two changeovers. If the level decreases abnormally, the problem might be in piston rings or cylinder bore. Engine oil burning in combustion chamber can produce white smoke.

You can simply add special air filter and Exhaust.It will give you better performance and power. For more power from a given size engine,You have to do costly modifications like 4 valves per cylinder (if you have only 2 per cylinder ). Supercharhing is other way to extract more power from a given size engine. Thank you.

Self Repair GURUji, yes but common delay is responsible for fuel injection, it electronically decides how much fuel should be delay for combustion. we want more fuel for combustion but common delay can't delay so much fuel!

Guruji, I'm not satisfied by one of your working habbit. That is "Why don't you spread the grease on valve stem by using your finger?" You applied the grease only a single portion of the valve stem, then how it will spread between contact/friction area? It may only 20% of grease effectively applied on friction area. Balance 80% wiped out due to closed tolerance of stem shaft and guide bore. I've noticed you do this way of grease applying practice in couple of videos. Pls don't mistake me I'm not blame you. Just I'm expecting job satisfaction. 🙏
