I worked for a storage facility in 1994. At the time I wondered why anyone would want to own one of these things. It didn’t take long to see how profitable this business is. Neither do you have to deal with complicated tenant problems, as you have to deal with on rental properties.

I’m a long term re investor. Do you have any videos about investing storage facilities that are worth 250k-300k? That are maybe 16-50 doors (typically the amount I see in this range) I really want to buy one and have been looking for a while now but I see so much on buying 1.1m & up.

I’m new, but you may want to learn how to underwrite and then send mailers to owners of those facilities
