53 is that number for me! But I've been getting consistent 68s and 73s-77s over the last year and now I'm terrified of anything less as if I've failed if I don't get a 73! Your not complaining over nothing! It's hard when you expect more of yourself and you know you have it in you! But take it easy with your health issues! Your doing amazing! Most uni students don't have to put up with chronic pain.

I got a 1st in BSc Psychology and trust me getting 62 is fine. I got plenty of them over my 3 years and still ended up with a 1st! I get it's disappointing but don't worry too much - you're a motivated, hard-working person so you will more than make up for them elsewhere.

I feel you! I've gotten 73+ on most of my tests (and midterms) and for my midterms I got 77-100 and for my actual exam, 2 of my modules I got 60 and 64, which brought my grade down to 68! Kind of disappointing when you know you've put in so much effort! P.S. I once saw you in harrison, but I was too scared to say hi, I was like "omg it's Selina help me" 😂

I ended up getting a pass grade in the stats we had, and I didn't get the answers to the final tutorial! Grrrrr my whole masters has been a disappointment for me, mediocre grades when I work so hard. (learning difficulties and eye strain in exams) I know how you feel about wanting the grades to support the sheer effort of work for assignment. If that was the case, you'd be getting 110% consistently. My entire chemistry degree has been a disappointment for me with the effort I have put in.

@@SelinaOzay We're both Gemini sisters! We want to show what we know! It is disheartening when it's not what they're wanting. You get praised for putting in extra info, I get shot down for putting in extra info to tell the story. I just feel my assignments are like plonked in with no back story. Now I have started on my project plan, I can do background to my hearts content for the thesis. I've had 69% in an exam once, and my overall mark ended up being 54% One per cent of a 2:2. I kick myself everyday that the best I could do with my first degree was a stinking third! I wish I could erase it! I work hard and my tutors say that, but, never get the grades. I know the frustration.
