Finally some guide for PC. But when on the "sell" step. Always failed. Go to elegy and keep pressing "E". End up still go to workshop. (*although the car stop in front of the workshop). Can share bit more details on how to go in elegy and press E.(*keep press when go into the car/keep press once the E(modify) appear?)

Basically after u press F to enter the car, press E button quickly before u sit down in the car
