for anyone wondering this actually works but you can't go onto the online version. still a neat trick and the first one that actually works for me. Edit: online actually does work you just need to join from the story mode. holy shit you are a life saver

damn i didnt actually think this was going to work, the way this work was by changing my ips but i didnt use the vpn that was used in this video i used urban vpn, i know this may look sketchy but i promise it isnt, you can use malwarebytes to block viruses if you dont belive me. Edit: i didnt use the vpn in this video bc i didnt trust it and instead i used a vpn i knew i can trust. Edit 2: i used urban vpn but i found out that its not actualy safe so i wouldnt recommand using it for long, i would recommand just install get the job done and UNINSTALL it after.

in 1:50, he said that the main problem of this error is the connection. I'm absolutely sure that Rockstar has blocked your Public IP Address for no reason. So, to anyone who playing this game using mobile hotspot and caught this error, just simply restart your internet connection on your smartphone. I do it by turning on airplane mode for a minute, then disabling airplane mode. It'll change your Public IP Address. Jd biasanya ip address kita itu dinamis gt, berganti secara otomatis secara berkala. Nah mungkin aja kebetulan kita dapet ip address yg bermasalah sama rockstar sebelumnya (mungkin user ip tsb sebelumnya melakukan cheat atau hal yg melanggar kebijakan Rockstar). Makanya jd ga bisa login karena d ban ip nya. Nah solusinya bs request ip statis dari operator (bayar biaya lebih setiap bulan, 25rb klo ga salah) atau pake vpn buat akalin ip address. Nah kalo di kasus gw, akhirnya gw bs login kembali tanpa pake VPN setelah beberapa bulan.
