I am a cynic I suppose but once I pay for that house I want the former owners out ASAP. They have no incentive to take care of the property and if you have ever had rental property you know the nightmare stories.

That happened to me, moving from NJ to SC. They couldn't be out in the X amount of agreed days after closing. They asked for an extension. The house they were moving into was being built and wouldn't be move-in ready for another 2-3 wks. It was OK except I now had to kiss my ex's rear for 3wks. My great SC lawyer for kickers ended up with a deal that I now would be moving into a fully furnished 5 yr old home, not just walls, saving and making money at the same time. It was like hitting the lottery.

Yes I know people who have used this option and it can work out well for both parties under the right circumstances!!!👍🤔Everything comes down to honesty and integrity..Come on folks we can all be those two!!!👍😊

EVERY TIME I watch your videos I so WISH you were in Australia... I am one of those lucky people who have a house that's too big for my circumstances, wanting to downsize to a tiny house (on or off wheels) but am put off by the unknown of where do I go after I cash that big load of $$$ from the sale. Thanks again Casey for the best real estate advice on the market!!

We just closed on our main house and we have another one I might sell...only uh huh, no way am I giving up the sunrise location until my husband finds a replacement. lol. So for me it's not about finding a place to live...it's finding a place I love to live. That said...if the bully offer is big enough...alright, I'll move across the street into the ghost house and live in a tent until prices of lumber go down. To my grandfather in heaven....THANK YOU!!! He's the one who taught me to buy real estate and how to climb the wealth ladder by investing in up and coming neighbourhoods once I understood the rules. The rules were simple - NEVER buy the best house in the worst neighbourhood...instead buy whatever house you can afford, even if it's the smallest one in the best neighbourhood. LOL no wonder I'm always striving about my weight class. too funny. anyhow his advice worked very well in my life and zip codes matter. :).

We are involved in a leaseback right now / the Owner of our Apartment building sold us Tenants the Building to form a Cooperative / & we are leasing the original Owner his apartment on a yearly contract

Because he's 86 years old & didn't want to move..... & That's why he agreed to sell to us.... Because we agreed to let him stay

I would love if you did a video on seller financing. I have a property in Va Beach. I want to sell to my very good current tenants who have been residing there for almost five years. They can't come up with 20% for conventional financing so I'm wondering if I should offer them seller financing
